Food Blog of the Week
Rocks in My Dryer
Maintained by Shannon, a mother of four living in Oklahoma, RiMD is consistently one of the most thoughtful, best-written momblogs around. Topics alternate between kids, marriage, home, cooking, the difference between “your” and “you’re,” and much, much more. One recent series, “What I’d Like For You to Know,” features women from all walks of life describing their particular situations, and it’s outstanding. Today’s entry, “An American Mom Overseas,” is especially good.

Wow. I haven’t heard this since I was a fetus. It’s exactly like I remembered, except with less placenta.

Literal performance of A-Ha’s “Take On Me”
By the time the pipe wrench fight rolls around, you'll be on the floor. (Note: laughing. Not because you were hit with a pipe wrench.)
